What it costs
The call is free and there's no obligation. If a booking involves an airline fare, a fare difference, or a service charge, the agent tells you the full amount before anything is charged. Nothing is booked without your say-so.
A quick note on what we are. FlightAssist24 is an independent travel agency, not an airline or an airline's customer service. We book and make changes on your behalf where the fare rules allow it. Refunds and some changes are ultimately decided by the airline under its own policies.
