We are not an airline. FlightAssist24 is an independent travel agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline. We're a service you can call to compare options and book on your behalf. To reach an airline directly, use the number printed on your ticket or on that airline's official website.
What we do
Booking sites are fine when a trip is simple. When it isn't — a disrupted flight, a multi-city itinerary, a last-minute change, a fare that needs a human to make sense of — a phone call is faster and less frustrating than clicking through a dozen tabs. That's the gap we fill.
When you call, a live agent looks at what's actually available across major carriers, explains your options in plain English, and books the one you choose while you're still on the line. No account to create, no forms to fill, no spam afterward.
How we're paid
Calling us is free and there's no obligation. If a booking involves an airline fare, a fare difference, or a service charge, the agent tells you the full amount before anything is charged. We never add hidden fees, and we don't charge you just for talking to us.
Who we help
Most of the people who call us are dealing with one of a few situations: a flight that got cancelled or delayed, a trip that's too complicated for a search box, a change that needs to happen right now, or simply a preference for handling travel with a real person instead of an app. If that sounds like you, one call usually settles it.
